Mai Omar Desouki is a PFE working at Microsoft, for 5 years now. Her aim focus is Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. Her overall experience is 12 years.

Mai has traveled around the world to train and support customers. She has trained huge number of customers. Mai had also helped customers migrate from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online.

Before Microsoft, Mai was an Escalation Support Engineer at Vodafone VIS and previously she was based in Dubai as a Senior SharePoint Consultant in Infusion.

Mai is an active blogger, speaker in most conferences and volunteering in some communities.
